Wood Crusher Introduction
The wood crusher is usually used for processing fiber materials such as pine, miscellaneous wood, poplar, fir, branches, thatch, straw and etc. It is widely applied in variety of industries including papermaking, high-density board, fiberboard, chipboard and wood particle board processing, edible fungi cultivation, wood pellet making, boilers and gas stoves combustion. Materials are cut by high speed rotating alloy steel blade, then enter the crushing chamber to be shred by special hammer and friction among materials. The sieve pores can be adjusted to get different particle sizes based on customers demands.

Wood Crusher Working Principle
This wood crusher integrates crushing and grinding, adopting blade cutting and high-speed airflow impacting, and simultaneously complete micro material sorting process. During the blade working process, rotor produces high speed airflow, the material are accelerated in the airflow and impacted, thus completing the grinding process.
Maintenance of Common Wood Crusher
1. Bearings should be added lubricating oil regularly. Generally continuous working for 3 or 4 hours, you should check whether the machine needs to add oil.
2. After a certain period of operation, the machine triangular belt should be readjusted a bit more tight, and 6-10mm would be better.
3. Every day after working, the machine should be cleaned and checked whether there are cracks and other problems in it. It is necessary to keep timely maintenance.
Wide Application of Wood Crusher
Wood crusher combines both cutting and crushing in it. It is used for cutting branches and limbs of 1-20 centimeters, and also suitable for grinding bamboo, thatch, corn stalk, sorghum stalks and other fiber stalk materials.
